This all-day event will feature talks by top researchers (click names to see biographies and abstracts): 

  • Can you see it? Beat perception in the auditory and visual modalities,  Jessica Grahn , Department of Psychology, University of Western Ontario
  • The role of auditory feedback during music performance,  Peter Q. Pfordresher , Department of Psychology, SUNY University at Buffalo
  • Movement, mimicry, and emotion in music,  Frank A. Russo, Department of Psychology, Ryerson University
